Shipping policy

At Rosso Motors, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across USA and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are picked up by UPS/FedEx within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. US and Canadian orders are shipped by UPS/FedEx/CanadaPost or other. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 7 days (for free shipping) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

  • 3 TIERED SHIPPING (Undersized, Standard, Oversized)*

*For shipping to most locations within the Lower 48 states. You may be contacted by our customer service team in the event of an extra charge. Please contact for information on shipping to Alaska. Sorry at this time we do not ship to Hawaii.
