eQuad Q and eQuad X RECALL NOTICE

We are recalling the eQuad Q and eQuad X because they do not meet mandatory federal safety standards for Youth All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). They exceed the maximum speed limitations for vehicles intended for children ages 6 and older which poses a risk of high-speed crash. Additionally, for certain models, the mechanical suspension fails to comply with the safety standard requirement. The eQuad Q and eQuad X were also imported and distributed in the U.S. without a CPSC-approved ATV Action Plan, which includes safety requirements designed to protect users. We have not received reports of incidents relating to these issues.

Please immediately stop using the recalled eQuad Q and eQuad X and contact Rosso Motors to arrange to return the recalled vehicles. We will send you a prepaid box to return the unit to us. Once we receive the unit, we will issue a refund amount according to the following depreciation schedule:

Shipping Instructions

We will send you a box with a pre-paid shipping label to send your unit back to us. Please follow the model specific instructions for preparing your unit for shipping, using the tools that were provided with your unit. The battery, bumper, wheels, handlebar, and racks (where applicable) must be removed from the unit prior to shipping the unit back. The complete unit, with ALL components (EXCEPT the battery pack) MUST be included in the box to receive the refund.

eQuad X:
Remove battery and dispose or recycle in accordance with local requirements
Remove the front bumper
Remove the front and rear racks
Remove all four wheels
Disconnect the handlebar clamps and rest the handlebar at the side of the unit

eQuad Q:
Remove battery and dispose or recycle in accordance with local requirements
Remove the front bumper
Remove all four wheels
Disconnect the handlebar clamps and rest the handlebar at the side of the unit
