My 4 year old grandson is in love with his new ATV. It is a big hit!!! Rosso Motors was fantastic to work with. UPS lost the first shipment but Rosso Motors was handling everything and sent a second shipment. This is a fantastic company to work with
It has been a great purchase. Our 2-1/2 year old loves it and it's the most popular thing when we have it out camping with other families. The only complaint I have is that the paint coating peals off WAY too easily. Other than that it's been an awesome purchase.
I've now had the 36v e-quad for about three weeks. I bought the quad for my 2.5 yr and 4 yr old sons. We also have a 24v quad from Big Toy Green Country, so I do have some comparison as the overall specs are rather similar other than the power. The 36v power was the main reason I bought this from Rosso as I don't want my child to lose interest within a year or two. Let me say, the customer service response has been great thus far. You should be prepared to do any requested adjustments yourself. The initial set-up was rather quick. There are several videos online which can walk you through this. The Rosso team sends video links to solve any technical issues you may be facing. I saw other posts which noted the scratches when theproduct arrived. I'd agree this is a major issue with the Rosso mailing process. The metal cage is great, however our plastic shell came deeply scratched in various areas. I'd rather they had us attach this ourselves and protect it during shipping, or add better protective plastic or foam to prevent this. My other quad from their competitor had no issues in this department. The packing was also more secured by the competitor. The welding wasn't as ideal on my Rosso quad either, so some of the items are severaly tilted, but ultimately, that's not why I wanted the Rosso model. The Rosso model offers a larger battery (36v) and three governor speed options. My 2.5 yr old is already riding the level 2 option. It'll be years before I grant him access to level 3. That's why I bought this. I don't want to lose his interest around age 4 or 5. This definetely offers a much longer tenure for us. And for those kids which try this and aren't used to the speed and turning, I usually place it on the lowest level. They absolutely love it. I even had a ten year old riding it in our yard on levels 2 and 3. Plenty of speed and power. Otherwise, the battery tenure is great. It lasts through a full day's use without a recharge. One other item I'll note in comparison to it's competitor's 24v option. The rear area between the tires with the chain has easy access. Big Toy Green Country inlcudes a cover over this area. It's a simple fix to add this shell. My youngest is always asking about the chain and trying to look at the details. I'd feel much better if this casing was included to prevent the desire for kids to place their hand in this area. Overall, this product is great. Again, I recommend their 36v option over a 12 or 24v any day.
Very fun quad, very solid build. Makes Walmart toys look like they’re build out of putty. Had to adjust the tie rods and I think I still have to adjust the suspension a bit, but that’s the benefit of having a properly built quad, you can make such adjustments. The fitment of the additional racks and plastics, isn’t exactly aeronautical precision, but you can very easily make everything work and fit properly. Highly recommend this for your kids!
