E-802 Registration & Warranty

Each E-802 is eligible for the Rosso Motors Standard Warranty. This warranty covers mechanical/parts issues or defects that arise during the 6-month period from date of delivery, excluding general wear and tear to items such as the tires, brake pads, etc. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product, incorrect assembly, modification or improper care such as lack of regular battery charging. Ensure to check products upon arrival and follow care instructions if not using immediately.

Warranty claims require documentation and diagnostic troubleshooting to determine the cause of an issue. Once the cause of an issue is determined, parts to resolve the issue will be shipped free of charge. Please note hands on servicin and labour is not included with warranty, all parts must be installed by the owner or at the owners expence.
